Elektry.App — Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Elektry.App application and the elektry.app website (“Service”).

1. Purpose of the Service

Elektry.App provides electricity spot price information for viewing and comparison. It does not supply electricity, determine your electricity bill or guarantee savings.

You are responsible for deciding when and how to use electricity.

2. Price information

Prices depend on external data sources. Source information, calculations and displayed results may contain mistakes, missing values or delayed updates.

We make no promise that every displayed price is correct, complete or current. Tomorrow’s prices are available only after the source publishes them and the Service updates.

Spot prices may exclude supplier margins, network charges, taxes and other costs. Selecting a VAT-inclusive view does not include all possible electricity bill components.

Check your supplier’s contract and the relevant official source before making a decision with financial consequences.

3. Availability

Access depends on internet connectivity, hosting and external data sources. Updates may be delayed and the Service may become temporarily unavailable.

We do not promise continuous access, error-free operation or compatibility with every device. You are responsible for your internet and mobile data charges.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for losses arising from incorrect, incomplete or delayed price information, inability to access the Service, or decisions based on its content.

This includes additional electricity costs, missed opportunities, unrealised savings, lost income and indirect or consequential losses.

The Service must not be your sole source of information for decisions with financial or safety consequences.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or overrides mandatory consumer rights.

5. Acceptable use

You must not disrupt or overload the Service, introduce malicious software, bypass security measures or use it unlawfully. Automated requests must not interfere with normal operation.

Rights in the application, branding and original materials remain with their respective owners. Access does not grant ownership or permission to reproduce protected materials beyond what applicable law allows.

6. Changes

We may change features, carry out maintenance or discontinue the Service, subject to applicable law. Where reasonably practicable, significant changes will be announced in advance.

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Any notice or agreement required by law will be provided separately.
